The Annapolis area is able to routinely accommodate large numbers of out of town visitors. There are currently over 2,300 hotel rooms in Historic & Greater Annapolis in 22 separate hotels. In addition there are 5,200 hotel rooms in the BWI Gateway area in an additional 33 hotels. All together there are approximately 7,700 hotel rooms in Anne Arundel County.
